Focaccia Sticks – 3 ways

If you do not now, focaccia is a kind of thick pizza with a simple topping 😃

Here, I did three kinds of focaccie: with olives, sun-dried tomates, and a garlic-bread style focaccia.

Preparation: 45 minutes ⎜Cooking: 25-30 minutes⎜≈ 40 sticks


For the dough, click here. (you need to double the proportions)

Olives Focaccia:

  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, herbs…
  • Black or green olives cut in pieces.

Sun-dried tomatoes Focaccia:

  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, herbs…
  • Sun-dried tomatoes (cut in small pieces)

Garlic-bread Focaccia:

  • Herb salt & pepper
  • 6 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of fresh chopped chives
  • 1 tbs of fresh chopped parsley
  • 3 tbs of margarine/vegan butter


  • First, mix all the ingredients for the garlic-bread style focaccia together.
  • Cut the focaccia dough into three pieces – one for each flavor – and flatten the dough to half an inch thick to create a long rectangle.
  • Using a fork, make holes on the dough and add the ingredients.

🔺  It is important to put the olives and the tomatoes before the oil and press them hard onto the dough, so they do not fall off once the focaccia is cooked.

  • Cook the focaccie in a 428°F/200°C pre-heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Once cooked, cut them to create sticks and serve.
